About the Role:

Support the Records Inventory team with accurate retrieval, staging, dispatch, and delivery of government records, ensuring compliance with inventory control, security, chain-of-custody, and WHS standards.

Details:

  • Pay: $32.71  + super
  • Hours: Full time hours
  • Roster: Mon–Fri between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Duties:

  • Pick and retrieve records using system-generated lists
  • Process transactions via RF scanners/inventory systems
  • Load/unload delivery vehicles
  • Driving Experience: Requires prior driving experience
  • Vehicle Operation: Ability to safely operate a van.
  • Route Planning and Navigation: Skilled in route planning and navigation
  • Time Management and Punctuality: Strong time management and punctuality skills.
  • Physical Fitness: Basic physical fitness for loading/unloading goods.
  •  Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Accurate record-keeping for deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 16 kg and walk up to 10 km daily
  • Ability to handle and transport confidential records securely
  • Understanding of WHS practices
  • Team player with ability to meet deadlines
  • LO/LF licence (desirable)
