The Opportunity

As Drill & Blast Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading drilling operations, ensuring safety compliance, mentoring crews, and delivering production targets while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily drilling and maintenance activities.

• Coordinate resources to maximise equipment utilisation and productivity.

• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership and statutory compliance.

• Plan and coordinate drilling activities in line with mine schedules and production requirements.

• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mentor, coach and develop drillers and support personnel.

• Build strong working relationships with site management and clients.

• Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Extensive mining industry experience.

• Previous experience in a Drill & Blast Supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, safety systems and mining regulations.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Excellent planning, communication and organisational abilities.

• A commitment to safety, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Desirable Qualifications

• Shotfirer qualifications.

• Drilling competencies and operational experience.

• Relevant supervisory and mining certifications.
