We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team across Melbourne and other areas in Victoria.
About the RoleAs a Disability Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to NDIS participants with varying needs, goals, and lifestyles. This role requires someone who is professional, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference.
Supports may include:
Assistance with daily living tasks
Community access and social support
Supporting participants to build independence and life skills
Emotional support and meaningful engagement
Transportation to appointments and activities
Behaviour support implementation (where applicable)
Documentation, progress notes, and communication with the broader care team
Supporting participants in a respectful, person-centred, and strengths-based manner

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience in disability support, mental health, aged care, or community services
A genuine passion for supporting others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, professionalism, and emotional maturity
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and case notes
A proactive and person-centred mindset
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check can be obtained after a job offer is made
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
First Aid & CPR Certificate can be obtained after a job offer is made
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Smartphone with access to apps and documentation systems
Full Australian working rights
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or related field
Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities, ASD, intellectual disabilities, or complex behaviours
Medication administration experience
Manual handling experience
