• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Implement individual care plans and monitor progress
• Assist with community outings and social activities
• Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
