- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Implement individual care plans and monitor progress
- Assist with community outings and social activities
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
