• Support the delivery of high quality education and care programs for children in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
• Observe children’s development and contribute to records, documentation and learning stories
• Build strong and respectful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
• Support daily routines including meals, rest, hygiene, transitions and indoor and outdoor learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with centre policies, National Quality Framework requirements, and health and safety practices
• Contribute positively to a team culture focused on professionalism, care and continuous improvement
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent recognised qualification
• At least 12 months of relevant full time post qualification experience as an educator in an early childhood education and care setting
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications, or ability to obtain before commencement
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to children’s wellbeing and development
