We’re looking for experienced Digger Fitters to join our team across WA mine sites. This role will suit tradespeople who are confident working on large mining equipment, can handle breakdowns and planned work in the field, and take pride in their work while delivering quality workmanship in a demanding environment.
About the role
You’ll be working in the pit or on the pad carrying out repairs and maintenance, breakdowns, shutdowns, digger moves, component changeouts and general field service on a wide variety of ultra-class machinery. The role offers exposure to multiple sites across WA and a range of leading OEM equipment including CAT, Liebherr, Hitachi, Komatsu, and Terex.
What we offer
2/1 or 2/2 full-time contracts starting from $75 per hour + super on all hours and all allowances.
2/1 or 2/2 casual contracts starting from $85 per hour + super on all hours and all allowances.
Exposure to digger moves, major shutdowns, breakdowns, and field service work.
Work on CAT 6030 - 6090FS, Liebherr R996 and R9400 - R9800, Hitachi EX3600 - EX5600, Terex RH120 - RH400, and Komatsu PC1250, PC4000 - PC5500 and PC8000.
Relocation assistance for the right applicant.

What we’re looking for
Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification.
Experience working on large mining excavators and diggers
Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum C Class)
HR Licence desirable or willingness to obtain
High-Risk Work Licences, including forklift; working at heights and EWP highly regarded.
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and organisational skills
Reliable attitude and commitment to high work standards.
