Warehouse Supervisor

An opportunity currently exists for a Warehouse Supervisor based at our Yatala site on a permanent full-time basis. As the Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day receipting and storage of all raw materials and finished goods in completion and ensuring that all GMP, HACCP and WHS Legislation are compiled and adhered to.

Key accountabilities include:

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operation of the warehouse including receipting, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.

• Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance.

• Ensure all inventory is accurately managed and documented using systems such as D365.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Operate material handling equipment safely and ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Solid understanding of warehouse management systems – (D365 preferred).

• Valid Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence.

• A working proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

• A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
