Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement and evaluate complex learning and development solutions.
- Manage and deliver learning initiatives using digital and e-learning technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning strategies with business objectives.
- Develop supporting systems, processes, and policies to promote a learning culture.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience designing and delivering structured learning materials and environments (TMCR 4).
- Expertise in learning delivery tailored to diverse audiences using a variety of techniques (ETLD 4).
- Ability to manage and ensure high-quality learning content (INCA 4).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and issue resolution skills (RLMT 4).
