Learning and Development Officer | Canberra Location | TSPV Clearance Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and evaluate complex learning and development solutions.
• Manage and deliver learning initiatives using digital and e-learning technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning strategies with business objectives.
• Develop supporting systems, processes, and policies to promote a learning culture.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience designing and delivering structured learning materials and environments (TMCR 4).
• Expertise in learning delivery tailored to diverse audiences using a variety of techniques (ETLD 4).
• Ability to manage and ensure high-quality learning content (INCA 4).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and issue resolution skills (RLMT 4).
