Trade Waiter
We are looking for those to specializes in providing high-end service, well-versed in formal table service, wine pairing and have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. This role primarily serves our dining room at 455 Chapel Street, South Yarra 3181
Cocktail Waiter (Drinks Waiter)
Focuses on serving beverages, particularly cocktails, in our bar, dining room, and has a strong emphasis on mixology. We are looking for skill in preparing and presenting specialty cocktails and serving drinks from our full drink and wine list. This role is based in 378 Little Collins Street, Melbourne 3000

Task & responsibilities
Trade Waiter
- Effectively follow the dining service sequence as outlined in the company’s processes and procedure manuals.
- Ensuring that an appropriate level of menu and beverage knowledge is demonstrated to guests (including answering questions on menu items, cooking preparation/methods, ingredients and recommendations)
- Arranging and setting tables in an organized and visually appealing manner
- Support Maître D in taking & handling reservations and following our SOPs on our booking platform
- Ensuring accurate bookings, organizing table allocations, and maximizing seating capacity.
- Oversee the seating arrangements, ensure tables are properly set.
Cocktail Waiter (Drinks Waiter)
- Providing attentive and efficient service to guests, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages in a timely manner.
- Demonstrating knowledge of the drink menu, including different types of beverages, ingredients, and flavour profiles.
- Ensuring accuracy in serving the correct drinks to the appropriate guests, uncorking bottles and serving beverages
- Preparing and mixing a variety of cocktails based on guest preferences and recipe specifications.
- Support Wait Staff maintain tables throughout the meal. Promptly remove empty plates, glasses, and utensils, replacing them as necessary.
- Handling payments, operating point-of-sale machines & registers.
Qualification & experience
Qualification & Experience
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience would be beneficial
- Have a Victorian RSA or willing to obtain one within first month
