As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing tiles in various settings such as bathrooms, kitchens, living and outdoor areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in tile installation, knowledge of different tiling materials, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Task & responsibilities

• Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas 
• Prepare surfaces for tiling, including screeding floor areas 
• Use tile-cutting tools to shape tiles for edges, corners and around fittings and pipes
• Install tiles using various techniques such as cement, mortar, or adhesive 
• Ensure tiles are properly aligned and levelled 
• Seal grout lines and clean finished surfaces 

Qualification & experience

• Certification in Tiling or relevant field is desirable
• Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Tiler
• Knowledge of different tiling materials and techniques 
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs
