Location: Sydney (Hybrid: Work from home, client meetings across Sydney and occasional travel to QLD, head office North Ryde if need to visit)Salary: $90k–$115k + Super + Car Allowance $19,800 + Commission (up to $50k per annum) + Annual Company BonusIndustry: Medical Consumables – Public & Private Hospitals, Aged Care, Dental
Our client, a global leader in the medical consumables industry, is looking for a driven and commercially astute Territory Sales Manager (or Area Sales Manager) to manage key relationships and drive business growth across NSW and QLD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven sales experience in healthcare settings who thrives in a mix of field and remote work.
About the Role:You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing an established customer base across a broad territory. The ideal candidate will be confident working with public and private hospitals, aged care facilities, and dental practices, and will be capable of nurturing long-term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow existing client accounts across NSW and QLDIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the territoryBuild strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makersCollaborate with distribution partners to support customer needsPlan and attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activitiesDeliver educational product training to end-usersMaintain detailed records and manage pipeline activity through CRMPromote the brand and product portfolio as a trusted market leader
About You:B2B sales experience, ideally in medical consumables or healthcare-related industriesComfortable working with hospital procurement teams, aged care, and dental clientsExperience with distributor and channel partner managementStrong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsHighly organised and capable of managing a dual-state territoryProactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
