TEMP - Claims Consultant

Your Role

You’ll support our ROLLiN’ customers and liaise with external stakeholders to effectively lodge and/or manage customer claims and enquiries. Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to legislative requirements and policy directives.

You’ll receive comprehensive training in your first week, equipping you with the knowledge to succeed. 

Working 08.30AM to 5.00PM, Monday to Friday, this full-time temporary opportunity to 30th June is based in Naarm (Melbourne CBD) and offers a hybrid work environment.
 
About You

• Previous customer service experience (contact centres, sales, hospitality, retail or volunteer work)

• Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously 

• Expertise in effectively managing challenging customer conversations and resolve complaints

• Ability to solve problems empathetically and equitably

• Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills 

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, meet KPIs, use initiative, and be resourceful

• Emotionally intelligent and adaptable
