- Collaborate with the ANZ General Manager and Prinova Product Managers to develop and execute strategic growth plans across key market sectors and ingredient portfolios, including identifying target sectors, customers, and high-potential ingredients.
- Utilise market knowledge and industry contacts to drive new business development, execute go-to-market strategies, and secure new sales opportunities.
- Research and identify new prospects through market intelligence, cold outreach, and lead management to expand the customer base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and product solutions, supported by specialist knowledge of Prinova’s offerings.
- Stay informed on local and global market trends to shape strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, including hosting trade show stands and networking with industry professionals.
- Provide hands-on support for customers in the application and troubleshooting of products, ensuring satisfaction and performance outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring timely and reliable delivery of materials.
- Identify and develop strategies for new business opportunities and expansion into untapped markets.

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably with a technical product or service
- Strong understanding of technical concepts related to nutrition, food, and the ingredients industry — a deep understanding of the sector is essential.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities with proven success in negotiating complex contracts and driving long-term value.
- Familiarity with procurement practices in the Asia-Pacific region is highly beneficial
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-friendly language.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of key food and nutrition ingredients, including proteins, amino acids, sweeteners, and starches (essential).
- Technical background (education or work experience) relevant to the product line.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
