The Client

Join a firm who emphasises staff development and career progression within the organisation. This is a medium sized office with broad focus within Advisory, Tax, Reconstruction & Insolvency and Audit & Assurance.

The Opportunity

Take charge of a team of experienced accountants and be responsible for managing, training and track their performance. Your role will involve managing workflow, leave requests, job reviews and client queries. Assist the partner and overseeing the team and manage any staff items. Your role will also involve writing tax advise and doing research to assist the team and clients.

Further Duties

• Develop and maintain client relationships for a broad group of clients from business owners to professionals from a diverse range of industries
• Ensure work is delivered by your team to a high standard
• Ensure all client expectations are met
• Work closely with clients on a range of business advisory needs including business restructuring, tax planning and cash flow management

The Applicant

• 8+ years’ experience in Tax Accounting
• Experience within Professional Services is essential for this role
• Would consider a Senior/AM ready to step up!
• Degree Qualification in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field is desirable
• CA/CPA qualifications in place
• CTA or MTax is highly regarded for this role
• Some experience writing tax advise and liaising with clients
