Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth

• Identify and onboard ultra-high net worth and institutional investors, expanding Funds Under Management (FUM) and executing high-value trades.
• Provide strategic stockbroking and portfolio advisory services, ensuring clients receive timely, high-impact investment recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate investors.
• Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities across KOSEC’s suite of investment, stockbroking, and financial planning services.
• Deliver high-impact investor presentations, market insights, and advisory consultations, positioning KOSEC as the premier destination for stockbroking.

Trade Execution & Market Expertise

• Execute equity trades across Australian and global markets, ensuring optimal investment performance for clients.
• Utilise KOSEC’s proprietary trading tools and research platforms, including Phantom X, to provide clients with real-time market intelligence.
• Stay ahead of financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and emerging investment opportunities to guide strategic trade execution and portfolio optimisation.
• Provide institutional-grade investment insights and work closely with KOSEC’s research team to enhance client strategies.

Leadership & Business Development

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for revenue growth, focusing on high-value client acquisition and long-term investment success.
• Represent KOSEC at industry events, investor conferences, and exclusive networking functions to expand the firm’s market presence.
• Foster a high-performance sales and trading culture, delivering exceptional client service and investment solutions.

Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Standards

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance frameworks, upholding the highest standards of professional ethics.
• Maintain full transparency with clients, delivering trusted, data-driven stockbroking services aligned with their investment objectives.
• Monitor and manage risk across client portfolios, ensuring responsible trading strategies and long-term growth. 

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience in stockbroking, trading, private wealth management, or institutional sales.
• Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation within financial markets.
• Established networks and referral channels that contribute to ongoing client growth.
• Strong expertise in equity markets, trade execution, portfolio advisory, and risk management.
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Existing ASIC Authorisation number and on the financial advisers register.
