Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage and maintain inventory levels across all departments within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded, monitored, and replenished in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded in the system
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Manage stock replenishment and ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and transactions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Stock control, retail management or pharmacy experience essential;
- Certificate II, III, or IV in Community Pharmacy preferred;
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
