About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Web IT Administrator with 1-3 years experience to join our in-house development team as we continue to modernise and connect the systems that support our growing group of trade and wholesale businesses. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across a broad tech stack—primarily PHP and C#—to build integrations, develop custom applications, and improve system interconnectivity. You’ll be instrumental in shaping scalable digital solutions that support real-world operations, from warehouse logistics to field service coordination. Key Responsibilities

• designs, builds and maintains websites
• provides web technology solutions and services
• determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
• responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
• adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
• installing and downloading appropriate software
• ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
• implementing computer networks
• repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
• Develops and maintains C# applications and custom REST APIs to integrate ERP systems with websites and external platforms such as Google Merchant and Constant Contact.
• Improved data accuracy and flow from ERP systems to enhance the front-end user experience and streamline operations.
• Design and deploy internal systems for warehouse and logistics processes.
• Create analytical dashboards and reports in Power BI using DAX to support marketing and operational decision making.
• Provide hands-on IT support including printer configuration, VPN troubleshooting, and maintaining office network infrastructure. 

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in both PHP and C# languages
• Experience creating integrations and managing API's
• Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
