Service Technician - NSW

We are looking for experienced technicians to join our team with opportunities in Sydney.

As a Middleby Australia technician your typical day may include:

• Attend service calls as per your schedule which is allocated by our customer service team
• Carry out quality field service repairs at the customers place of business and follow up with our service team to any further requirements onsite 
• Provide complete technical support and maintenance advice to the end user/s to help them understand the needs of the equipment
• Attend training sessions
• Liaise/communicate with customers to explain the repairs undertaken and completing the customer service experience at the highest level
• Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Handling of escalations and on-site technical support to relevant department.

Skills & Experience:

• Dual Licence (Electrical Fitter & Mechanic and Gas Work Licence)
• Excellent electrical and mechanical aptitude 
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Good communication and interaction skills
• Customer focused 
• Valid Police Check or ability to gain
• Ability to be on call on a roster
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
• A commitment to attendance and a positive attitude towards WH&S
