We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team, providing first-level technical support and remote system monitoring across Australia and internationally. This role is based at our Ingleburn office and operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

As part of our dynamic Help Desk team, you will be responsible for monitoring deployed systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable operations for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments as required.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and remotely troubleshoot systems deployed nationally and internationally
  • Provide first-level technical support to internal staff, clients, and subcontractors
  • Respond to support calls in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner
  • Accurately document work performed, incidents, and solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams where necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Help Desk processes and technologies
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members
  • Collaborate with other teams
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or technical support environment (Level 1)
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational setting
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn and operate independently
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Team Player: A collaborative approach with a transparent, solution-focused mindset

Bonus Points for Experience In:

  • Exposure to Linux operating systems
  • Experience with AWS environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or ISO standards
