Service Delivery Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our AMS team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in providing support, aligning customer needs with our service offerings, and ensuring ongoing customer success. You'll work closely with our clients to deliver an exceptional TechnologyOne experience, helping them future proof their systems and maximize their return on investment.

This role is based in Canberra and you will need to have NV1 Clearence

What you'll be doing…

• Partner with AMS Leaders to engage with senior-level stakeholders and ensure service delivery commitments are met.
  

• Act as the main point of contact, facilitating issue resolution, and aligning our services with customer needs.
  

• Manage regular reviews with assigned customers, providing updates on service performance and promoting additional service opportunities.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce service status reports and identify trends to continuously enhance customer deliverables.
  

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and challenge the status quo.
  

• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  

Your Talents…

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  

• Knowledge of TechnologyOne products and solutions or similar industry experience.
  

• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  

• Experience in service delivery, account management, or project management is highly desirable.
  

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
