Senior Contract Administrator

Our opportunity We have an opportunity for a (Senior) Contracts Administrator to join one of our major Sydney projects. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager to lead and be accountable for Commercial and Risk Management matters of a major project as well as provide accurate and timely commercial, contractual, cost management and cost reporting on the project. You will have a key responsibility for all contracts administration tasks relating to subcontract procurement and management, financial management, reporting as well as head contract management (Mirvac Development or external client). Your point of difference You will be professionally qualified with demonstrated experience gained on a large building project ($80mil+); residential construction knowledge is beneficial. This position could suit an experienced Contracts Administrator, or a Senior Contracts Administrator. You will understand the risks and limitations associated with all project legal agreements pertaining to head contracts and subcontracts and have a good working knowledge of project administration and project control applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences is essential, along with stakeholder management and leadership skills and the ability to foster a strong culture in-line with Mirvac values.
