Senior Consultant

Argon & Co Australia is seeking a full time Senior Consultant. 

As a Senior Consultant, you are responsible for delivering high-quality project work, providing expert guidance, and engaging with clients at all levels, while actively contributing to internal initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include :

Proactively engaging with clients, managing deliverables in line with project objectives and budgets, and supporting follow-on business opportunities.

Support the delivery of projects aimed at business improvement using a combination of the Argon & Co toolkit, creative thinking, and good business practices

Actively manage your work and deliverables, highlighting risks and resolving issues in alignment with project objectives and budgets.

Maintaining our global reputation as a trusted advisor for operational excellence, ensuring our clients enjoy working with us due to your professional expertise and commitment. 

Expertise and experience 

• Degree qualified
• High performer at Consultant or Senior Consultant level within a recognised management consultancy, typically 1+ years consulting experience

• Strong track record in supporting operational transformations specialising in planning, logistics, procurement, engineering, or manufacturing
• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful projects and engaging with a board range of clients
• Proficient in supporting operations transformations and leveraging broad client exposure to drive results.
