The Role:

You will be working out of the Brooklyn Branch in Melbourne. You will be working close with the national service team, some of your duties are below:

• Conduct analysis of contract costs, service sales, freight costs, and inventory holding
• Provide ongoing reporting to key customers and internal management
• Model business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the development of annual budgets
• Track freight costs and recommend improvements
• Monitor KPIs, report on trends, and provide actionable insights
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and proactive communication

Your Skills & Experience:

You must come from a background working with SAP and experienced in the following areas:

• Advanced in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Excellent report writing and administration skills
• Knowledge of mechanical handling, port, or industrial operations industries (highly advantageous)
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
• Critical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
