The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our strategic growth initiatives, drive brand development, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams. This role is critical to our expansion strategy and requires a commercially astute leader with proven success in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics across sales and marketing functions
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and client relationships
• Oversee digital campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning
• Report directly to the Managing Director and contribute to executive planning
Skills & Experience Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales/marketing role
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market share
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
