We are seeking a Retrieval Consultant to provide inter-hospital retrieval and critical care coordination for our Complex Care Department. Permanent part-time appointments (minimum commitment 2 shifts per week) available now.
Permanent appointments at ARV are subject to an initial 6-month fixed term onboarding and suitability assessment, unless applicants have worked for ARV previously. This competitive process will establish an Order of Merit, and this order of merit will be valid for the next 12 months if further positions become available.

To be considered for this position you will possess:
The preferred candidate would also need to have the proven ability to operate under pressure in a stressful environment and appropriately handle information of a highly sensitive nature with interpersonal influencing skills. Having a knowledge of Victorian hospitals, healthcare systems/networks and the Victorian critical care system would be desirable.
