- Managing stock levels: Implementing strategies to optimize fabric and accessory inventory to meet client demand while minimizing waste.
- Defining service standards: Establishing and maintaining the highest levels of customer service, reflecting the bespoke nature of our brand.
- Formulating purchasing policies: Overseeing the procurement of necessary retail supplies and potentially contributing to fabric sourcing decisions.
- Developing marketing policies: Contributing to the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain our target clientele.
- Setting prices: Providing input on pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness within the luxury bespoke market.
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.
- Provide expert style advice and guide clients through fabric selection, design options, and tailoring details.
- Sell goods and services to customers and advise them on product use and care.
- Manage and follow up on client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

- Bespoke Pattern Making & Alterations:
- Accurately take client measurements.
- Draft bespoke garment patterns in CAD software based on client measurements and design specifications.
- Perform pattern alterations in CAD to ensure a perfect fit.
- Collaborate effectively with our in-house production team to communicate pattern details and ensure accurate execution.
- Retail Operations & Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining a presentable store environment.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of stock levels and client orders.
- Undertake budgeting for the establishment, managing expenses effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations within the retail space.
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Control the selection, training, and supervision of retail staff.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Train new retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service protocols, and basic tailoring concepts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Brand Representation:
- Promote and advertise Perfect Attire's goods and services within the store and potentially at external events.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Perfect Attire, embodying our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and personalized service.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a menswear sales role, preferably within the luxury or bespoke tailoring sector.
- Demonstrable knowledge and passion for bespoke menswear, including fabrics, garment construction, and tailoring techniques.
- Proven experience in taking accurate client measurements.
