RETAIL MANAGER

We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our business located in Sydney Flower Markets, Homebush West.

Your duties will include:

• Deciding on the range of flower products, inventory levels, and customer service standards
• Developing and applying purchasing strategies, marketing plans, and pricing structures to attract more customers
• Coordinating promotional activities and advertising to increase visibility of products and services
• Managing sales to clients and providing guidance on appropriate product use and care to extend the lifespan of flowers 
• Keeping accurate records of inventory and financial transactions
• Preparing and monitoring budgets for the business
• Overseeing recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members
• Making sure workplace health and safety requirements are met

In return you will receive:

• Package: $76,000-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation
• Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
• Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

• Minimum of a relevant Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of relevant work experience if no formal qualification held
