Proven retail management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, people management, and training skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to achieve KPIs and meet sales targets.
Sound knowledge of stock control and merchandising.
Financial acumen with experience in reporting and budgeting.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
