The Role:

• Lead and develop a brand-new team to deliver outstanding service
• Oversee all aspects of operations – from setup to full-scale service
• Manage rosters, stock control, and financial performance
• Ensure high standards in food quality, safety, and compliance
• Work closely with senior management to establish and grow the brand

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate hospitality leaders who love a fast-paced environment
• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or high-level Assistant Manager in QSR or fast-casual dining
• Strong leadership and team-building skills to create a winning culture
• Operational expertise – financials, rostering, stock control, and compliance
