Hampshire Property Group (HPG) is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Resale (Homes) Manager to join our team and oversee the re-sale process of pre-loved manufactured and relocatable homes across our Villages portfolio. We operate a portfolio of vibrant holiday parks across Australia, providing a wide range of experiences from serene retreats to adventure hubs. What You’ll Do: Oversee and monitor sales processes for pre-loved homes in Villages. Support, train, motivate, and guide on-site Managers. Ensure legal and compliant settlements and handovers. Maintain and update documentation and CRM. Report weekly updates and data to the National Sales Manager. Provide customer feedback and resolve issues. Who We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years in sales or real estate management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel interstate and intrastate occasionally. Tech-savvy and strong commitment to process, legalities, and regulations.
