About The Role

As a Registered Cadastral Surveyor with Realserve, you’ll play a vital role in delivering precise surveying solutions across a broad client base. Your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking Cadastral Surveys, including Lease Plans, Subdivisions, and Identification Surveys.

• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors and field staff.

• Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Adhering to Realserve’s WHS policies and maintaining survey equipment and vehicles.

• Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with Surveying standards and relevant legislation.

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (Cadastral endorsement essential).

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in surveying.

• Strong technical knowledge and practical field experience.

• High attention to detail with a client-focused approach.

• A proactive and collaborative mindset.

• Current driver’s licence.

• The right to work unrestricted in Australia.
