Receptionist - Automotive Dealership

This recently launched brand continues to boast solid growth globally with increases in sales and innovative electric vehicle ranges, largely positioned in the premium sector.

On behalf of our client, we are now seeking to appoint a "Director of First Impressions" and professional Front Desk Receptionist who will be responsible for the overall setting up and smooth running of Reception for this Fortitude Valley based New Vehicle dealership.

The role will involve managing all aspects of Reception including being responsible for receiving visitors and giving them a warm customer experience journey upon arrival. We are seeking someone with an exceptional, engaging phone manner and communication style, along with a polished personal presentation and a professional, dedicated work ethic.

You will be a natural multi-tasker, proactive and likes to action tasks quickly. You will be part of the broader sales team, although will be working independently, supporting the General Sales Manager and Sales team with adhoc administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly meet & greet visitors when they arrive
• Answer incoming calls, screen, and transfer to relevant departments
• Rostering for sales team
• Assist with internet leads
• Reports, correspondence for the leadership team
• Restock and order stationary supplies
• Maintain the front desk and customer waiting area is always clean, and organised

Experience and capabilities:

• Previous Receptionist experience is essential ( Automotive dealership experience preferred).
• Agile and flexible willing to go the extra mile when needed and sometimes work outside the perimeter of normal hours
• Willingness to be helpful and supportive with a proactive approach
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Team player, although can work autonomously
• Strong computer literacy proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preference given to those with previous car industry experience.
