Property Manager

Position:  Property Manager
Location:  Inner North Brisbane
Salary:  Up to $90,0000 per annum + Super + Work From Home

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 120 residential properties.
• Routine inspections, entry and exit reports and other out of office duties.
• Coordinate maintenance/arrears management.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally and promptly.
• Work closely with clients to provide proactive communication and financial reporting.
• Up to date with industry legislation, regulations, and best practices!

Requirements:

• A valid QLD Real Estate Certificate.
• 2 yrs + Property management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-presented and professional demeanor.
• A reliable vehicle and current QLD drivers license.
• Proficiency in Property Me software.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
