What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager with Contract Administration experience, you'll manage end-to-end project delivery across a variety of commercial builds. You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing project delivery from award through to handover

• Managing project documentation, budgets, programs, and risk

• Leading subcontractor engagement, supplier coordination and on-site progress

• Driving compliance with WHS, QA and best-practice standards

• Handling head contract and subcontract variations

• Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver value

• Providing accurate and timely project reports and cost forecasts

• Using intuitive project software (full training provided) to stay on top of deliverables

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects

• A strong understanding of project lifecycle, contracts, and cost control

• Excellent multitasking, communication, and client-facing abilities

• Resilience under pressure and confidence leading multiple projects

• Permanent Australian work rights are essential

• Someone who’s highly motivated, detail-focused, and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes
