Job Description:
We have openings for Project and Purchasing Administrator’s to work closely with our growing project teams providing critical support with general admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating daywork sheets, registers, preparing progress claims, raising PO’s
- Track Day Work Sheets in office and save signed copies into relevant folders.
- Track supplier deliveries to site, following up as required.
- Support the maintenance of the correspondence and variation registers.
- Ensure Project trackers are maintained.
- Follow up with site teams on invoice approvals/receipt of good onsite
- Price up DWS throughout the month for EOM claims.
- Review and approve Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.
- Create and submit invoices, posting in our management system
- Review invoices drafted by the Commercial Team and ensure timely submissions.
- Periodically review Subcontract and Purchase Order templates.
- Request quotes from suppliers as required by the site team.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in project / purchasing administration
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Construction / Mining / Resources industry
- Background in Project Administration
- Driven by deadlines
