We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team and help enhance our processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Review: Assist in analyzing project requirements to improve labor forecasting, workforce planning, and the identification of specialized skills.
- Job Role Development: Contribute to job role development by enhancing task efficiency, periodically evaluating roles, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Workflow Optimization: Support workflow optimization by identifying bottlenecks, integrating automation and technology, and helping train staff on updated procedures.
- Training and Development: Help design and implement targeted training initiatives by preparing materials, identifying skill gaps, delivering sessions, and conducting assessments.
- Operational Risk Identification: Assist in identifying operational risks, analyzing their impact on timelines, and contributing to contingency planning and risk mitigation.
- KPI Development and Monitoring: Support KPI development and monitoring by setting benchmarks, analyzing performance data, and recommending improvements.
- Continuous Improvement Projects: Aid in continuous improvement projects by participating in workshops, collecting feedback, and supporting change implementation.
- Workplace Safety Promotion: Contribute to workplace safety by participating in audits, ensuring compliance with protocols, assisting with training, and addressing safety concerns.
- Cost Analysis Contribution: Assist in cost analysis by evaluating process efficiency, supporting budgeting, and aiding in resource allocation and financial strategy reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree in Production Engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience in support roles within production environments.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
