Plumber

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications
• Install, maintain and repair hot and cold water systems, drainage and sanitary fixtures
• Cut, bend, join and seal pipes using welding, soldering or other techniques
• Locate, diagnose and repair faults, blockages and leaks
• Install and service appliances such as water heaters, dishwashers, sinks and taps
• Connect plumbing systems to water mains & sewers
• Test systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years’ full-time experience as a Plumber
• Relevant plumbing qualification
• Current licence/authorisation to undertake plumbing tasks
• Previous experience in Australia (highly regarded)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Manual driver’s licence and valid AFP check to be provided
