Job Specification:

As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll be supported by other Pharmacists, experienced dispensing technicians and a front of shop team. The pharmacy operates over a 12 hour day with a flexible roster for you to design around your preferred shifts. While you'll mostly work alongside another pharmacist, some evening and weekend shifts may be solo.

This pharmacy features robotic dispensing using the Minfos system.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
• Experience with robotic dispensing and Minfos software (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
• Experience managing a community pharmacy team.

Salary & Benefits:

• $60/hr + super, with higher rates for weekend shifts.
