We are now looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• As an Office Manager, your duties will include:
• Planning, reviewing, and implementing office systems, procedures, and administrative controls.
• Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business performance.
• Managing payroll, accounts, and compliance with taxation, superannuation, and WorkCover obligations.
• Supervising and coordinating administrative staff, allocating tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Managing budgets, office resources, and stock for operational efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate business records, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinating with suppliers, service providers, and business partners.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards and company policies.
• Supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination.
• Acting as the point of contact for management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience in office administration or management (minimum 1 year).
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in payroll and office software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
