Working exclusively with Cupra, we are looking for Sales Consultant who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience.

We want eager, enthusiastic, and passionate salespeople who have had previous experience in Retail Sales or Hospitality, wanting career progression or a new direction with limitless opportunities.

What you will be responsible for:

• Presenting yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
• Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments - F&I, Car Care
• Building relationships with customers and potential customers
• Managing vehicle deliveries
• Understanding and being responsive to customer's needs with a "nothings a problem" attitude
• Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience

The successful applicant will possess:

• Previous sales experience in any industry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to meet KPI's and targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Have a valid driver's license
• A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge!
