About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. Working on a variety of makes and models in a dynamic workshop, you will play a key role in diagnosing and repairing our valued customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Write detailed reports on diagnostics and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Manager.
• Uphold the business's outstanding reputation through excellent workmanship and customer service.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of work.

Skills & Experience

• Full Australian Trade Qualifications as a Motor Mechanic.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as a motor mechanic
• Proven experience working in the Australian motor industry.
• Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach.
• Current and valid Victorian manual driver’s license.
• Previous experience in diagnostics and repairs is essential.
