Mechanic - Light Vehicle Mechanic

This role would be permanent full-time position. We are a small business with 12 staff members who pride ourselves on our quality of workmanship and high standards of customer service.

Task & responsibilities

• Lead and supervise apprentices.
• Combination of workshop and field service.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles.
• Using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and develop repair plans.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labour hours

Qualification & experience

• Current manual drivers licence
• Trade qualification
• Air-con licence (highly regarded)
• AE (Approved Examiner) licence (highly regarded)
