About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we're seeking our next Merchandise Manager - Footwear to continue to drive the success of our footwear category across the Australian business at our stunning office in Moorabbin.

What you'll be doing

• Understand the brand, consumer and trends

• In line with Global and Regional strategy and game plans, build footwear product assortments across performance and lifestyle

• Ensure product ranging decisions are both consumer and commercially considered

• In line with seasonal calendar, ensure all product information (catalogues, pricelists and tech sheets) are prepped and ready for go to market

• Attend conferences and meetings to present on product with internal stakeholders and key accounts

• Work closely with the DTC business managers, buyers & planners to ensure aligned and desired outcomes

• Cyclical forecasting, reporting, reviews and and analysis (including overseeing pricing, profit and sample budget management);

What we're looking for

• Experience in product merchandising, passion and/or understanding of industry advantageous

• Drive, ability to take initiative and problem solve

• Experience working with data to obtain insights and support informed decision making

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability effectively build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong presentation skills.
