As a Marketing Specialist, you will play an essential role in identifying market opportunities and leading marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across our product lines. Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities and support business growth through strategic marketing initiatives across industrial, mining, commercial, and residential pump sectors.

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products and services, including bore pumps, filtration systems, and turnkey water solutions.

  • Advise management on marketing strategies, product positioning, and pricing to increase market share and customer engagement.

  • Create and manage digital content for the website, social media, and email campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Coordinate advertising and promotional activities, including copywriting, design, media buying, and campaign tracking.

  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to support data-driven decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and SEO metrics, recommending improvements to optimize ROI.

  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all marketing channels while maintaining a professional and technical tone suitable for B2B audiences.

  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and project goals.


Qualification & experience

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience sales and marketing, preferably within industrial products, water pumping solutions, or related technical industries.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and developing new business opportunities across sectors such as mining, construction, irrigation, and civil infrastructure.
  • Strong background in marketing strategy development, including campaign planning, brand promotion, product launches, and advertising initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in market research, customer trend analysis, and using insights to drive business growth.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms and customer relationship management strategies to retain and grow key accounts.
  • Experience managing and training sales teams, setting performance metrics, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skilled in budget management for marketing and sales initiatives, including vendor negotiation and cost control.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Strong event coordination experience, including trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end sales planning, account development, and marketing execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing, content distribution, and digital campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of industrial product lifecycles, technical sales processes, and water-related technologies.
