Marketing Manager

About You & The Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. This role offers the opportunity to lead a creative team, collaborate cross-functionally, and make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory. The role is Melbourne based.

Key Role Details:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives and target audience.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital, advertisements and promotional content.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and effective.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on Energy & Telco industry developments and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance marketing efforts

What you will bring?

Experienced in data analysis and campaign design, with a proven track record of successful campaign implementation. You possess a strong passion for enhancing customer experience, executing campaigns, and optimizing results

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to lead and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in recognizing pivotal customer interactions and pathways, and crafting tailored communication strategies to address pain points and enhance overall experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Extend engagement past the initial click.
