We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to design and deliver integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive product adoption.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role blends strategy, creativity, and data-driven insights. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, lead content creation, and optimise digital presence to ensure consistent, impactful messaging. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing activities with Polixen’s broader organisational goals, ensuring our voice remains relevant, competitive, and trusted.
The remuneration is AU$75,000-79,000 per annum plus superannuation.
- Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of the organisation’s solutions in targeted markets.
- Conducting comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches in line with industry trends and customer needs.
- Creating, managing and publishing content across platforms including social media, websites, and email to ensure brand consistency, message clarity, and audience engagement.
- Advising on and implementing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, enhance online visibility, and increase inbound traffic.
- Developing and overseeing social media strategies to grow audience reach and support customer interaction and lead generation.
- Tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to optimise campaign effectiveness and maximise return on investment (ROI).
- Applying data insights to support strategic marketing decisions, including content performance, user behaviour, and channel attribution modelling.
- Coordinating closely with sales, product development and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business priorities and product evolution.
- Monitoring emerging trends in digital marketing and industry-specific developments, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance campaign relevance and competitiveness.
- Facilitating structured feedback loops with customers to support ongoing improvement in marketing messages, product features, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field such as Media, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in a marketing-focused role within a SaaS or CRM-driven organisation.
- Experience in sectors such as community health, aged care, or disability services is advantageous.
- Proven success in contributing to marketing strategy, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Development of targeted marketing content aligned with customer journeys and sector needs.
- Familiarity with the operational landscape of aged care, NDIS, CHSP, or Community Transport (beneficial, not essential).
- Ability to collaborate across teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Tech) to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials such as marketing campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and customer engagement documents.
-Competency in using CRM and marketing automation tools for segmentation, engagement tracking, and campaign delivery.
