Management Accountant

Roof Rack World is looking for a motivated and experienced Management Accountant to join our team. This role will support the financial health of the business by delivering accurate reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial insights across both retail and operational activities.

Task & responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial and management reports
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Monitor cash flow, cost structures, and business performance metrics
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with external accountants and ensure compliance
• Provide financial insights to assist with decision-making and growth planning
• Maintain and enhance internal financial systems and controls

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor of Business Administration or higher education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar management accounting role
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
