Kiosk Supervisor, Kings Park

The Kings Park Kiosk is looking for an experienced supervisor. This is a day time operation within a busy tourist hub.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day running of the kiosk, this is a hands on position

• Manage email and phone correspondence with suppliers

• Provide outstanding customer service and be able to train accordingly

• Barista skills

• Rostering to a budget & ordering of products 

• Payroll approval using online system

• Understand and have the ability to constantly update the product range

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

• Supervisory experience, ideally in a high volume kiosk

• The ability to work weekends and public holidays

• Experience in rostering as well as hiring and training new staff, working to budgets, an understanding of OH&S standards

• Energetic, reliable and positive with the ability to lead a team

• Exceptional grooming standards

• RSA Certificate & Police Clearance

• Have an understanding of occupational and health standards
