Are you passionate about professional development and eager to make a significant impact? We're looking for a dynamic and driven CPD Program Coordinator to join Master Plumbers and take our program to the next level.
At Master Plumbers, we're dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth across our industry. As Victoria’s leading industry association for plumbing, we operate the State’s largest voluntary CPD program with almost 5,000 participants. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of this industry-leading program before CPD becomes mandatory for all Victorian plumbers in 2026.
This is initially a Full-time, 6-month contract with very real potential for extension.
What You'll Do:
Design & deliver an enhanced CPD offering that is easy to use, engaging and compelling
Coordinate the upgrade of MP CPD portal, content libraries and CRM
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify CPD content providers, ensure a steady pipeline of relevant and training opportunities, and explore potential income streams.
Boost CPD participation by shaping compelling marketing and communications campaigns in partnership with our inhouse experts
Refine and operationalise our CPD standards, processes, and governance, ensuring quality control.
Lead day to day administration of the CPD program including record keeping, reporting and support for content provider and participants.
