We are currently recruiting for an experienced invoicing administrator with full-time capacity to join our team based in our Eagle Farm office.
The position is available for immediate start.

About the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be invoicing for our service delivery team and to support the state operational team with the below, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Service administration experience is preferred. You need to have a willingness to learn, an eye for detail and a commitment to reliability.
Liaising with National and State customer representatives.
Experience in working across a number of client systems.
Resolution of service tasks completed by our field resources across.
Processing of customer invoices.
Processing of supplier invoices.
End of Month Close Out
Providing assistance to your dedicated operations team/s and managers
About You:
Energetic with a willingness to learn
Excellent oral and written communication
Outstanding Time management skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office (incl Excel & Outlook)
Ability to work in a great team environment
